Contact your Title Escrow Officer directly for Colorado Professional’s wiring instructions.
Your Real Estate Agent should provide you contact info to your Escrow Office and the Escrow Officer's Assistant.
Colorado Professional’s team will securely send instructions directly to you. Due to the increase in wire fraud, ensure you call the Colorado Professional team to verify the instructions that were sent, prior to sending any funds. ACH deposits are not accepted and should be communicated with your bank to ensure a smooth wire transfer occurs. ACH deposits will cause a delay in receiving acceptable funds.

Present Valid ID's
Seller(s) to bring one valid ID: Driver's License, Passport
Buyer(s) to bring two ID's, including one valid ID and a secondary ID
(organizational card with your name that matches your valid ID)
If funds are required at the time of closing, speak with your Title Escrow Officer if you want to wire those funds. Communication is key to avoiding wire fraud!
